Canyon presented the new Canyon Neuron: ON 2022.

The Neuron: ON features a suspension configuration with 120-130mm of front travel (depending on specification) and 130mm of rear travel.

Triple Phase Suspension rear suspension technology offers excellent ride quality on any terrain. The sensitivity to small bumps in the first part of the ride ensures maximum traction and control.

Mid-travel stability helps maintain speed and aids in relaunches.

Finally, on the descents, the progressiveness of the final part allows great safety and stability.

The Neuron: ON adapts the size of the wheels according to the size of the frame: the XS-S bikes run on 27.5 '' wheels and the M-XL bikes on 29 '' wheels.

All models are built around high quality aluminum frames and come complete with Shimano motors that convey a more natural riding feel and allow for greater range for longer rides, three levels of assistance and punchy 85Nm torque. Just like the wheels, the bike's battery size also adjusts to the frame size. Sizes XS-S come with 504 Wh batteries, while M-XL bikes have 630 Wh.

This year, Canyon also introduces some major updates to Neuron: ON.

The most important are a range of new frame colors and new components, such as the FSA Comet cockpit (width: 740-780 mm) and the Fizik Terra Alpaca saddle.

Canyon expands the Neuron: ON range to four bikes with a new, more affordable entry-level offering, the Neuron: ON 6 from € 3,799.

The Neuron: ON 6 features RockShox suspension - a 35 Silver fork and a Deluxe Select rear shock - as well as the Shimano shifter and seat post as on all other Neuron: ON models.

The Neuron: ON 7, available starting at € 4,299, features a FOX Rhythm fork, a FOX DPS Performance shock and a Shimano 1x12 groupset.

Depending on the size of the frame and the battery it is equipped with, the price of the Neuron: ON 8 varies from € 4,699 to € 4,899, it is equipped with FOX - Rhythm Gabel suspension and DPS Performance shock, Shimano XT 1x12 gearbox and aluminum wheels Rodi Tryp with internal diameter of 30 mm.

Finally, the top of the range Neuron: ON 9, available starting at € 5,499, is equipped with a RockShox Pike Select + fork, Deluxe Select R shock, SRAM GX 1x12 gearbox and DT Swiss H 1900 wheels.
