Selle Italia is expanding its SLR saddle range with the introduction of the SLR ELITE and SLR ADVAN models. Available now, these products represent the fourth generation of a cycling icon, blending tradition with targeted technical innovation to optimize performance and comfort.

The new SLR lineup maintains the neutral profile and ride feel that have made the model a benchmark since its 1999 debut. Key technical and design changes include:

Reduced Length: At 242mm, the saddle is 6mm shorter than the previous version, bringing it closer to UCI regulations.

Optimized Padding: The padding has been minimized at the back. Analyses using Pressure Map idmatch technology showed that this part of the saddle doesn't significantly affect comfort, allowing for a more efficient weight distribution.
