Handling: Dynamic Analysis
On flat ground: The Bosch Performance Line CX Gen5 motor is extremely smooth. On flats, once exceeding the 25 km/h threshold, drag is almost non-existent, making pedaling feel natural even with the motor off or in "Off" mode.
At high speeds: Stability is its greatest strength. The generous wheelbase and head angle allow it to hold lines with precision, conveying a "on rails" feeling even on loose terrain.
Downhill: The 140mm rear suspension works well over successive impacts. However, in extremely technical and steep sections, the weight of approximately 28 kg makes itself felt, making emergency braking more demanding.
In tight sections: This is where the limits of geometry and weight emerge. In tight switchbacks (nose-press), the bike feels less agile than a "light" e-mtb. It is necessary to initiate turns decisively and in advance.
