KONA at Eurobike Frankfurt 2025: 2026 KONA Range RACING BIKE, E-MTB, MTB, Road and Urban BIKES
Kona isn't directly present at Eurobike 2025, but its bikes are still present at some booths.
Key Updates for 2025
Kona has already revealed some major updates for its 2025 lineup.
New Colors for the 2025 Steel Lineup:
Kona has introduced a new color palette for its popular steel-framed bike range. This includes iconic models like:
Honzo ESD: This aggressive trail hardtail gets a sleek new finish.
Unit X & Unit: These versatile singletrack and bikepacking bikes now get bold color updates.
Sutra LTD & Sutra: Adventure touring bikes get earthy hues that complement their travel-focused vibe.
Rove, Rove DL & Rove LTD: Gravel models also get color updates, ready to tackle gravel roads and beyond in style.
These models are now arriving at dealers in North America and Europe.
Kona Libre 2025 Completely Redesigned:
The second generation of the Kona Libre gravel bike has undergone a complete redesign. New features include:
Updated Geometry: More aggressive and race-oriented, with a longer reach, steeper seat angle, and shorter stack and head tube length.
Carbon Frame and Fork: Lighter, stiffer, and more responsive.
Tire Clearance: Compatible with 700 x 45mm tires (even with fenders).
Mounting: Fewer fork bag mounts (a sign of a more “race” focus), but still with bottle cage and top tube mounts.
27.2mm Seatpost: For more comfort and flexibility.
This redesign aims to make the Libre snappier and faster, solidifying its position in the gravel segment.
Tenth Generation of the 2025 Kona Hei-Hei:
The Hei-Hei, Kona's flagship cross-country mountain bike, has been completely revamped for 2025.
New Frame: Featuring an updated design that allows for a deeper dropper post insertion, improved cable routing, and optimized suspension movement.
Updated Geometry: The head tube angle is now 66 degrees and the seat tube angle is around 76 degrees, making it more versatile and playful, mixing XC performance with the fun of trail riding.
Suspension Design: Ditches the "flexstay" for a more traditional design, improving downhill performance.
Mounts: Multiple bottle cage mounting points (up to 9), making it suitable for even short adventures.
The new Hei-Hei CR will be available in a complete configuration with high-quality components.
