BH GravelX: The New Aluminum Gravel Bike with a Carbon Soul
BH introduces the new GravelX, which takes the successful essence of the carbon GravelX R model and transfers it to a triple-butted aluminum frame, paired with a full-carbon fork. This new version is geared more towards adventure, offering an accessible option with great performance, low weight, and all the technology of the GravelX Carbon models.
Aluminum Frame with Carbon-Inspired Design
The triple-butted 7005 hydroformed aluminum frame provides high stiffness and durability without a significant weight penalty. The Air Bow Gravel Fork, shared with the carbon version, optimizes vibration dampening and allows for mounting tires up to 45mm.
The geometry is designed for long days in the saddle, prioritizing comfort and stability. An extended wheelbase, oversized head tube, and a top tube with a slight slope ensure reliable and comfortable handling on any terrain, even after many hours of riding.
Ready for Adventure and Bikepacking
The GravelX is conceived as the ideal bike for those who want to venture beyond the pavement. Both the frame and fork include numerous mounts and attachment points for bikepacking bags and accessories, allowing it to be configured to suit any rider's needs. It also features a UDH (Universal Derailleur Hanger), which offers greater compatibility and easier maintenance.
Integration and Technical Details
The GravelX inherits the same level of integration that characterizes the carbon models and, in general, all of BH's latest-generation bikes. The cable routing is completely internal, providing a clean aesthetic and total protection from external elements. It also includes 12mm Quick Lever thru-axles, which are hidden and can be easily operated without tools, combining daily practicality with a clean design. Overall, it's an adventure-oriented bike that doesn't sacrifice the technical quality that defines BH's gravel range.
