Ride comfort is typical of an aluminum hardtail: dry and direct. While the 29-inch wheels help smooth out small trail chatter, high-frequency vibrations are transmitted almost entirely to the rider.
Technical Tip: To improve comfort without switching to carbon, installing a carbon fiber seatpost and running tubeless tires at lower pressures are the most effective upgrades.
