The Ridley Dean at the 2022 Tour de France is the last remaining bike with traditional rim brakes and in fact the Ridley time trial bike hasn't been developed for some time.

For many years at the forefront of aero and time trial bikes, today the Ridley Dean shows its limits.

It remains a very stiff and high performance bike, but its limit is the aerodynamics, no longer competitive and the weight.

In a test where the thousandths count, the delay of the Ridley Dean, all things being equal, is about one second in a very short test such as the opening time.

Excellent work done by the mechanics, to have a bike at the top of the smoothness and minimize the gap with the competitors.
