Chassis and Geometry: Pro Race Comfort
The frame is constructed from 01 Premium Carbon, the same high-grade material used in WorldTour versions. Despite the addition of a motor and battery, BMC has successfully maintained the torsional stiffness levels of the SLR 01, while implementing the Tuned Compliance Concept (TCC) to ensure vertical vibration filtering.
Geometry Details:
The bike adopts BMC’s Pro Race Geometry with a specific adaptation: the reach remains identical to the race bikes to preserve handling precision, but the stack has been increased by 20 mm. This adjustment offers a slightly more sustainable position for endurance riders without sacrificing overall aerodynamics, further supported by the AeroShape seatpost and the ICS Carbon Evo integrated cockpit.
