With the measurements that the correct and canonical size of the ORBEA OIZ MTB has provided, it is the L that is relatively correct.
Relatively refers to the fact that the M is too small, while the L might just be big.
Other factors should also be analyzed with precision, but in general we can say that size L is correct for you.
Now, however, if you already don't feel comfortable with the current Orbea size L, you could try a size M, but it's a test you should do at least when stationary before proceeding with the purchase.
If you find the bike small, you can adopt a stem that is one centimeter longer, which I recommend because it thus brings size L closer in terms of saddle-handlebar distance.
Unfortunately, the availability of a few sizes leads to these drawbacks: it is too low for an L, but also too high for an M.
However the bike is excellent and with a longer stem and size M it should solve the problem well.
