From a biomechanical point of view, the correct size is size L, or 56, maybe just a little big, but just a nothing.
Since it doesn't fit very well with this size, you could think of the smaller size M, or 54, adapting it, but perhaps without even having to adapt anything, at least in your case.
Between the two, the M is perhaps the best choice, even if it is not correct from a biomechanical point of view.
Excellent racing bike and undoubtedly superior in performance to the Colnago C64.
