The range of proposed assemblies is valid, while the range of sizes is wide and the choice of colors discreet.
If we consider the list price of around 2,000 euros, the value for money places this Cube Stereo One 22 at the top of the market.

The frame of the Cube Stereo ONE22 2023 is very well made, specific for this range of mtb, available in both carbon and aluminum.
The heavier version has a weight of about 14 kg, not at all high, which can drop to just over 11.7 kg for the more expensive version, with a carbon fiber frame, but costing around 4400 euros.
A nice frame with modern geometries, well made and with good suspension.
A decisive step forward compared to the previous Cube Stereo.

The new Cube Stereo One22 2023 improves on the already excellent driving characteristics of the Cube Stereos, with a very intuitive, easy, sincere drive.
The new frame allows for greater stability at high speeds, greater traction uphill, but does not limit handling.
This translates into an even easier MTB to ride.
Extremely easy to ride on the flat, it is perfect downhill, where the weight is not felt and allows respectable performance.
Very easy to handle, it is also valid on very narrow and technically difficult routes.
At high speeds it remains more stable and is easier to control than previous Cube Stereos, a nice advantage, especially for less experienced riders.
Another advantage of the new frame is the uphill traction, very good and decidedly better than in the past, with greater ease of control of the mtb.
The fork and rear suspension work well, although they are entry level, they allow for good customization of the set up.
Good braking.
Overall, driving is easy and intuitive, like the previous Cube Stereo, but substantially even better, easier to control, safer at speed, with greater traction uphill.
Cube Stereo One22 2023 off Road test review Performance
Even if the overall weight is not low, the overall performance is absolutely competitive, for its price range.
Where weight doesn't count, such as downhill, performance is at the top of the market, there are no appreciable differences between this 2,000 euro bike and models costing more than twice as much.
It defends itself on the plains, it is excellent for its price.
Even uphill you can't expect better, we're always pedaling on an entry level bike, but clearly the weight slows it down compared to other lighter and more expensive models.
Overall, however, the Cube Stereo One22 2023 proves to be absolutely competitive against the best MTBs in the category.
At the same price it has no rivals, while it manages to defend itself well even against more expensive MTBs.

It's not light in absolute terms, but at 2,000 euros we challenge you to find really lighter bicycles.
Easy to ride, safe, with excellent general performance and a valid overall quality, it currently represents one of the best choices ever among the 2023 mtb.
