Zipp’s most advanced wheelset in any discipline is also the first Zipp wheel to connect to SRAM AXS. Designed for racing, this lightweight, climbing wheelset features ceramic bearings and Zipp’s most advanced rim technology for incredible durability and performance. The 353 NSW rim seamlessly integrates the Zipp AXS Wheel Sensor for on-bike tire pressure monitoring. It lets you check and analyze tire pressure in real time without any external components mounted on the valve. Fine-tuning tire pressure allows riders to optimize speed and performance in an ever-changing industry. Before you go out, check the pressure immediately: green means everything is good. During the ride, check the pressure to ensure it is at the preset level and to immediately highlight any issues.

Zipp’s lightest wheel just got stronger. An updated carbon design and weave improves the already-strong 353 NSW rim’s impact resistance by more than 16 percent. With a rim height that varies from 35 to 40mm in a wave-like pattern, the 353 NSW is fast on bumpy roads, uphill and downhill due to its minimal rolling resistance, excellent crosswind stability, and low weight. The 353 NSW features Zipp’s high-end ZR1 SL hub, with ceramic bearings and a freehub with 66 points of super-smooth engagement. The hub is also 30 grams lighter than the previous NSW hub. The 353 NSW wheel is optimized for use with 30mm section tires, with premium builds available as part of Zipp’s Goodyear Fitment Series. The 353 NSW wheelset is not approved for gravel use.

Building on Zipp’s heritage of innovation, the 303 SW is a reimagining of the classic wheelset that offers the ability to tackle pavement, gravel, cobblestones and cyclocross.

The 303 NSW rim features an internal Zipp AXS Wheel Sensor for on-bike tire pressure monitoring. It lets you check and analyze tire pressure in real time without any external components attached to the valve. Fine-tuning tire pressure allows riders to optimize speed and performance in an ever-changing industry. Before you head out, check your tire pressure immediately: Green means you’re good to go. During your ride, check your pressure to ensure it’s set to the right pressure and to immediately highlight any issues. The 303 SW’s 40mm rim height takes its cues from the gravel-specific 303 XPLR, using a wider rim for better aerodynamic efficiency and lower rolling resistance with wider tires for modern cycling at lower air pressures. The rim profile provides less drag and friend and a better transition between rim and tire, improving aerodynamic efficiency with wider tires.

The wider rim also allows for less tire deformation, resulting in lower rolling resistance. The combination of a wider tire, higher volume, and lower pressure helps reduce rider fatigue by smoothing out the road on pavement and beyond. It’s the tire+wheel system that absorbs impacts, not the rider. An updated carbon design and weave gives the already super-strong 303 SW nearly 10 percent more impact resistance while maintaining minimal weight. The 303 SW wheels are optimized for use with 30 to 35mm tires. The 303 SW features a new rim shape that helps protect the tire from impacts that would otherwise cause a pinch flat. At the heart of the 303 SW are the ZR1 hubs, which now feature stainless steel bearings for improved durability and smoother performance.

Zipp 454 NSW Tubeless Complete Wheelset Disc brakes are the ultimate road racing wheels. These wheels meet any performance requirement a rider has. They are aerodynamically efficient and stable in any wind condition. Plus, the wider rim is designed for low-pressure tubeless tires to reduce rolling resistance and vibration, so you don’t waste a drop of energy when you pedal. To take full advantage of the aerodynamics/low rolling resistance combination on these wheels, we recommend 28mm tires. The wave-like shape of the 58mm Sawtooth rim with Hyperfoils creates our most aerodynamic and stable wheel. The 454 NSW takes advantage of Zipp’s Total System Efficiency (TSE) technology, our approach to combating the biggest enemies of speed: drag, weight, rolling resistance, and vibration.

Using a hookless sidewall (flat surface) on the 454 NSW rim is an integral part of going fast. Without the hook, the transition between tire and rim is seamless and aerodynamic. Zipp hookless rims feature better resin distribution, resulting in lighter, stronger wheels. The 454 NSW features Zipp’s top-of-the-line ZR1 SL hub, with ceramic bearings and a 66-point freewheel. The hub is also 30 grams lighter than the previous NSW hub.

The 858 offers the benefits of our deep-profile rim at a weight typically associated with rims that are 20mm shallower. The 23mm internal rim width is ideal for running wider tires at lower pressures for less rolling resistance. Here’s how TSE helps you overcome the four obstacles to speed: drag, weight, rolling resistance and vibration.

The 858 NSW wheelset features our patented Sawtooth wave rim profile, which is 82-85mm deep and provides improved aerodynamic efficiency and crosswind stability. The result is pure speed, especially for triathletes, time trialists and speed junkies. Also, even though these wheels are optimized for tubeless, there is always the option to use tubeless ready tires with inner tubes. The 858 NSW gets the best speed performance with a 28mm tire. In triathlon, using a wider tubeless tire with lower pressure makes you go faster, with better absorption, so you are cooler in the running section. Disc brakes offer better modulation and stopping power in all weather conditions. Zipp’s lightweight ZR1 SL race hubs are designed for performance and durability. An evolution of the previous ZR1, the SL version features the lightest body and bearings. These hubs are built specifically for our flagship NSW wheels and are now available separately. The ZR1 SL hubs feature chromoly steel bearings; the aftermarket version features ceramic bearings for reduced weight. The hub design allows for quick engagement, with 66 points of engagement. The six pawls are staggered to work in two groups of three pawls. There are always three pawls engaging at any given time.

This means your power is transferred to the wheels faster. The freehub body is designed so that the pawls remain in place during disassembly for easy maintenance. Zipp hubs use traditional bent-head spokes, which are currently the most common. Bent-head spokes, which are found everywhere, are easy to replace. ZR1 hubs are approved for use with “light” e-road and gravel bikes, with the motor torque limit of 60Nm.
