According to the latest rumors, the new Specialized S-Works Tarmac SL8 2024 could be used by athletes who ride Specialized bikes during the Dauphiné Tour, an important stage race that precedes the Tour de France.

Obviously it would be given only to a few selected athletes, we think of one two athletes per team.

Then, as we anticipated, there would be the official presentation before the 2023 Tour de France.

At the moment all the rumors we have talked about remain confirmed and which we summarize here:

The new Specialized S-Works Tarmac SL8 will not lose the aspect of a light aero-bike, with better aerodynamics, starting from a new integrated and completely new guide group.

The passage of the cables will be completely internal.

The profile of the pipes will be more streamlined.

Weight could drop by around 50 grams, but stiffness and aerodynamics will be much better.

The price of the frame kit could be, in our opinion, around 6000 euros.

In addition to the S-Works version, there will be Specialized Tarmac SL8 Expert and Specialized Tarmac SL8 Pro assemblies.
