2022 2023 BH Lynx Trail 150 video test review
BH presented the new BH Lynx Trail 150 2022 2023 bike.
The new Lynx Trail offers 150mm of travel managed by the Split Pivot suspension system.
The ability to make pedaling and braking forces independent gives the Lynx Trail high efficiency on climbs and the ability to tackle descents perfectly.
The use of the new oversized main joint increases stiffness and guarantees greater precision in cornering.
New geometries with 435 mm short chainstays, a wide reach and 65 ° steering angle.
The 77 ° seatpost optimizes pedaling capacity.
The BH Lynx Trail is available in 4 sizes, from S to XL.
The configuration of the high modulus fibers "Ballistic Carbon Layup" offers high impact resistance, a crucial element in a bicycle of this type. Manufacturing employs the HCIM (Hollow Core Internal Molding) process, which optimizes the amount of material based on the frame section to reduce its maximum weight.
The frame has a weight of 2.2 kg.
The ICR internal wiring system is new, with cable entry from the steering wheel, and fully integrated seat closure.
The BH Lynx Trail boasts integrated rubber protectors in the most exposed areas and is equipped with an ISCG05 chain guide. Added to this are a UDH universal derailleur hanger and the Acros BlockLock steering lock, an effective safety system that limits movement to 150 ° and protects the upper tube from impacts to the handlebar.
The Super Boost is a new 12 x 157mm rear axle size, 9mm wider than the Boost size. The new dimensions save space in the rear, allowing for various improvements. On the one hand, it is possible to distribute the tension better on both sides of the wheel, making it more resistant and stiff laterally. On the other hand, the additional space allows for the insertion of short chainstays with a large wheel arch.
The BH Lynx Trail range consists of 3 models, sharing the same carbon frame.
It has 3 standard colors and is completely customizable thanks to the BH Unique program.
Prices starting from € 4,699.
