Three new offerings in Project One customization program offer something for everyone

Trek has expanded its Project One bike customization program with three entirely new paint schemes. The new "Chasin' Aces" theme will be ridden by Trek-Segafredo Classics specialist John Degenkolb, and is inspired by his beloved café racer motorcycle. “Full Fade” and “Breakaway” allow riders to show off two of their favorite colors in two distinct patterns, and will offer an inspirational starting point for customers to build the bike of their dreams in Project One.

Chasin' Aces:

The Chasin' Aces scheme features a Black Moss base color, with subtle pin-striping inspired by John’s beloved Café Racer motorcycle outlining the frame. Red fades inside the fork and chain stays pair with hints of silver to complete this limited-edition design.

The bike is similar to the Café Racer Domane offered previously, but with updated design details that complement Madone’s unique look. Fans will see John racing the bike this spring, and can make it their own with multiple spec options in Project One.

Chasin' Aces is available on Madone.

Full Fade:

The Full Fade scheme blends two complementary colors into one magnificent design. The scheme leads with a bold, inviting color that cleanly fades into a dark, rich shade. Depending on color choice, the scheme lets riders go big and loud, or dark and stealthy. Customers can choose from thirteen different pre-determined Full Fade color options, ensuring there’s an option to meet every preference.

The Full Fade paint scheme is available on all Road, Mountain, and Triathlon models available in Project One.

Inspired by the bike Alberto Contador rode at last year’s Vuelta a España, the Breakaway scheme features two primary colors that sharply split the frame in half with unique lines and shapes that strike through the Trek logo on the downtube. Customers can choose from an array of color options to stand out among the masses. All solid colors will be offered in the Breakaway design, except for Onyx Carbon.

The Breakaway paint scheme is available on the following Émonda models: Émonda SLR 9, Émonda SLR 8, Émonda SLR 6, Émonda SLR 8 Disc, and Émonda SLR 6 Disc.

All three schemes are available immediately to consumers via the Project One customization program. Riders can build their own at and order through their local Trek retailer.
