Trek brings versatility and performance to all-new Farley lineup with carbon options and redesigned frames
Trek announced today the release of the all-new Farley, the performance fat bike that continues to change the game for year-round wide-tire riding. The all-new Farley addresses the universal need for a more adaptable, lighter weight, fat-bike lineup with more options than ever before. Now with the ability to accommodate 5˝ tires and a variety of wheel sizes, Farley is the fastest, most versatile fat-bike available.
This year, the Farley lineup includes three alloy models and two carbon models. The new models have been completely redesigned with 197mm rear spacing, 20mm wider than previous generations, allowing the all-new Farley to accept wider tires without sacrificing pedaling performance.
The wide 5˝ tire compatibility offers stability on loose, unimproved surfaces like ungroomed snow or rocky trail, whereas the 27.5˝ x 4˝ wheels and tires roll faster on groomed snow trails or dirt singletrack. Riders of the all-new Farley can shred the trails year-round with a fat-bike that can be tailored to meet the demands of their region and their riding style.
As the popularity of year-round fat-biking continues to grow, Trek’s all-new Farley brings new levels of speed, performance, and versatility to the wide-tire set. Farley 5 and 7 will be available August 9, and Farley 9.6 and 9.8 will be available in September.
